1. Open First, Check Then Pay (Cash on Delivery Orders)
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we proudly offer our unique customer-first policy:
You are allowed to open the package before making any payment.

- Feel the quality of the leather
- Inspect the product condition
If you are satisfied, you may proceed to pay the delivery person.
If you are not satisfied, you may return the parcel on the spot without any payment.

2. Returns for Prepaid Orders
For prepaid orders, you may request a return under the following conditions:
- The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
- The item must be:
- Unused
- In original condition
- With original packaging and tags intact
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
3. Refund Policy

- If the return is due to customer preference (size, change of mind, etc.), the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
8. International (Worldwide) Returns

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Customs duties and taxes (if applicable) are non-refundable
